A Multi-Omics Approach Exploring the Gut–Liver Axis Following Combined Radiation Exposure and Burn Injury in a Sinclair Minipig Model 

This study uses genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and microbiome analyses to investigate systemic responses to combined radiation exposure and burn injury in Sinclair minipigs. The findings provide insight into interactions among intestinal injury, liver function, inflammation, and the gut microbiome following combined injury.
