Introducing the Sinclair Nanopig™ Model: Preliminary Genomic, Proteomic, and Hepatic CYP450 Characterization for (Bio)Pharmaceutical Safety Assessment

This publication presents genomic, tissue-proteomic, and hepatic cytochrome P450 characterization of the Sinclair Nanopig™. The findings identify human-orthologous drug-metabolizing enzymes, transporters, and immune-related proteins and support evaluation of the model for pharmacology and safety-assessment programs.
